Agent responses are for informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, or real estate professional advice. You are responsible for compliance with your own state and local manufactured home regulations, including TDHCA, HUD, TCPA, and any licensing requirements that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

Don't use MFHAI to generate spam, threaten anyone, or violate any law. Don't try to break the service or extract other users' data.

Account approval

We review every new account. We reserve the right to deny or suspend accounts that are not a fit for the product.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the agents will be accurate, complete, or fit for your specific use case.
