MFHAI is operated by Hello Thesa LLC (dba Lead Systems Go). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information you provide: name, email, phone, company, role. Chat messages you send to the agents. Conversations are stored in your account only.

How we use it

To run the product. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except the AI provider (Anthropic) for the purpose of generating responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Where data lives

Account data and conversations are stored in Supabase (United States). AI requests are processed by Anthropic (United States).

Your controls

You can delete any saved output from your Library at any time. To delete your account entirely, email ivan@leadsystemsgo.com.
